After plundering the Pacific Northwest in search of the choicest American hops, we decided to create a unique twist on the classic West Coast Coast IPA. Carolina malts provide a sturdy, subtle malty backbone with just a hint of sweetness. We then loaded it up with a blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Zappa, and Cascade hops. Fermented with the illusive Kveik yeast, a powerhouse Norwegian strain, this beer is left super crisp and clean. Expect an aggressive, no mercy onslaught of punchy pine, dank grass, and resinous grapefruit-like hop notes to come screaming from the glass. Skol!

Skol!
